Since the XVI International Congress of Slavists will take place in Belgrade, we have been asked to propose a design for the adaptation of MSC offices (International Slavic Centre) at the Faculty of Philology in Belgrade.

Following the primary client’s needs for multifunctional space, we have created an ambient that can be used as a classroom, office space, conference room, presentation room, reception area, etc. Interior is warm, simple and changeable. It represents a combination of recognizable design elements from the 70s and contemporary architectural design. Having in mind the prevailing function, the language became the primer design inspiration – words and phrases on the ceiling, specific bookshelves, etc. The main materials used in the space were wood and glass.
